My wife and I have toured with Vietnam Eco-Tours several times, most recently in April 2016 when we brought along a group of friends visiting from the United States. We are nature lovers, so we booked a tour of the Son Tra Peninsula (also called Monkey Mountain) to see the critically endangered Red-Shanked Douc Langur. Luc, our outstanding guide, picked us up right from the airport and squeezed in a wonderful day trip even before we checked into our hotel. We had outstanding views of the monkeys, about which Luc knows a great deal. He is an expert guide, and also helped us see other primates and a number of interesting birds. We also had a yummy lunch on the road, in the shade of some trees while Luc hunted about for better views of the monkeys.

I can’t recommend this company enough. We live in Vietnam, and traveled with Luc for the first time just a few months after moving here. Since then we’ve traveled with him several times, and even sent visiting overseas guests down to see the monkeys with him. We have not done one of his history or cycling tours, but knowing Luc as we do I trust that those are outstanding as well.

Not to be missed, especially if your plans have you traveling vi Danang!
